Jailing the victim’s of abuse is absurd. Then you (bondsman)release them to those very monsters that abused them to begin with while there’s a no contact order in place.

I am on here, found not guilty. Due to I scratched him accidentally trying to save my own life, he broke my neck. I had two black eyes bloody nose and a strangulation bruise on my neck and I sustained some spi al cord injury and it cost 50,000 dollars to repair my neck. Witness was underage so they didn't represent me in court. I was failed medical treatment got a picture of me up here beaten up. I went paralized. And im on this registry.
A bondsman does not make a determination of guilt. Their job is to do a risk assessment as to the likelihood that the defendant will meet all court dates and if they can get him to court if he fails to comply. IF a judge grants a defendant a surety bond, they have every right to be released as anyone else arrested for a crime.
I’m on here and I’ve never did any kind of assault, domestic or verbal.
Its just so nice to see his face on a domestic violence registry. I hope it helps some dumb young girl and prevents him from abusing anyone else.

how do you know what he did to her? She probably beat his ass after he hit her and for you to be with him after he keeps going back to his ex-wife and defending him makes you a dumb ass. I cannot understand women that try to defend a man who is cheating on them and you do not know why he has a black eye. If he is your boyfriend and his exwife as you may think, you could very well be the stupid one. He may still be married and you are a side chick and she punched him for finding out he was cheating with you and now you are on here as a girlfriend not knowing nothing about him, his wife, or who you are to him, but you are defending him? Don't you speak about something that you do not know about.
