  1. Is there any lawyer free for domestic violence victims I need one desperately I don't have the money to pay for one 901_355_1914

  2. Jailing the victim’s of abuse is absurd. Then you (bondsman)release them to those very monsters that abused them to begin with while there’s a no contact order in place.
    Brilliant!

  3. A bondsman does not make a determination of guilt. Their job is to do a risk assessment as to the likelihood that the defendant will meet all court dates and if they can get him to court if he fails to comply. IF a judge grants a defendant a surety bond, they have every right to be released as anyone else arrested for a crime.

  4. Its just so nice to see his face on a domestic violence registry. I hope it helps some dumb young girl and prevents him from abusing anyone else.

  5. The fact Freditrese is on here. I hope any young lady knows to run the opposite direction. A DV charge in MS is $500 fine and 6 months jail time. No wonder these men in MS will not keep their hands to themselves, also nor do the officers take it seriously. DV survivor
