The Territory of Guam has passed public law 31-103, entitled, "Family Violence Registry Act". Which went public April 6, 2014.

As more states introduce and pass their family violence Registry legislation, we will list links to them on this page. It is our hope that all 50 states pass this legislation in an effort to provide another layer of dating safety for their residents.
The National Domestic Violence Registry lists the names of those offenders who have been adjudicated as guilty in a court of law. Our registry does not contain the names of all offenders. It is important that you do your homework to judge for yourself whether this person is a person of good moral character and has no violent, harassive or predatory tendencies. If someone's name does not appear in our database, it is important that you still take the necessary and proper precautions to safeguard yourself, your children and your family. We understand that some individuals have like or same names. DO NOT believe that this person is the same person listed in our registry. Again, please further our efforts by conducting your own research. The National Domestic Violence Registry makes no representations either express or implied that the spelling of offender names is accurate or complete.
