Jailing the victim’s of abuse is absurd. Then you (bondsman)release them to those very monsters that abused them to begin with while there’s a no contact order in place.

A bondsman does not make a determination of guilt. Their job is to do a risk assessment as to the likelihood that the defendant will meet all court dates and if they can get him to court if he fails to comply. IF a judge grants a defendant a surety bond, they have every right to be released as anyone else arrested for a crime.
I’m on here and I’ve never did any kind of assault, domestic or verbal.
Its just so nice to see his face on a domestic violence registry. I hope it helps some dumb young girl and prevents him from abusing anyone else.

I am on here, found not guilty. Due to I scratched him accidentally trying to save my own life, he broke my neck. I had two black eyes bloody nose and a strangulation bruise on my neck and I sustained some spi al cord injury and it cost 50,000 dollars to repair my neck. I'm Heather Yagle and my chargers are because I was too beaten n bleeding to run out the door like my ex did when he was done butchering or drowning me or gagging me by pouring burnt motor oil down my throat.. I never once put my hands on him except in defense and all I could do was try n block his fury ..
