Jailing the victim’s of abuse is absurd. Then you (bondsman)release them to those very monsters that abused them to begin with while there’s a no contact order in place.

A bondsman does not make a determination of guilt. Their job is to do a risk assessment as to the likelihood that the defendant will meet all court dates and if they can get him to court if he fails to comply. IF a judge grants a defendant a surety bond, they have every right to be released as anyone else arrested for a crime.
I’m on here and I’ve never did any kind of assault, domestic or verbal.
Its just so nice to see his face on a domestic violence registry. I hope it helps some dumb young girl and prevents him from abusing anyone else.

I had two black eyes bloody nose and a strangulation bruise on my neck and I sustained some spi al cord injury and it cost 50,000 dollars to repair my neck. I'm Heather Yagle and my chargers are because I was too beaten n bleeding to run out the door like my ex did when he was done butchering or drowning me or gagging me by pouring burnt motor oil down my throat.. I never once put my hands on him except in defense and all I could do was try n block his fury .. Domonic A. Counsel got arrested in Las Vegas but only charged with 1st though clearly says his first was in the state of Mississippi. Feb 2024 arrested for Drugs and picked up on the warrant for Dom Violence that happened in June of 2023.
