On February 7, 2021 the POS you are defending had two young witnesses who fortunately for their father saw their pos Mom attack their father! This wasn’t the first time she has attacked the children’s father. The first time was in 2004 when he took a plate he’d used to cut up chicken on that the pos mom attempted to feed their two year old Daughter from. The Mom slapped the father in the face three times back to back to back simply because the father was trying to prevent the wack job of a mom from getting their daughter sick. The father didn’t do anything to the mom. He left and returned his rental car and went to a friends house. His friend found out that the father’s neighbor called the police after he went to return his rental and subsequently had a warrant issued for his arrest. The father turned himself in and was ROR. In 2001 Father was arrested at a hotel after he called 911 for assistance and the White TPD Officer who responded arrested the father after threatening the staff at the hotel if they didn’t falsely claim that the father was trespassing. So the father went to jail opposed to going with the wacko pos mom you are defending. In July of 2017 the father was arrested for pushing the wack job away before she hit him and he was arrested however as you read the charges were dropped. So Darlene you pos before you Judge a person you might need to thoroughly investigate the whole situation. However Jenny’s charges should have upheld. But because of her lies and the false arrest Jenny’s charges were dropped by the Prosecutor’s Office. The father gave two written statements to the Prosecutor’s office. Somehow the first written statement the father wrote was somehow lost. So he wrote a second and by than the case was dropped by the Prosecutor because of their biased. The reason given was because the father had a prior arrest for domestic violence! The Prosecutor’s decision was biased and they should be held accountable just like anyone else. Darlene!

   • yes this is my father. for years they have been on and off him and my mom ofc and at one point he had a video of them arguing and my father just tapped her phone with his and it is considered domestic violence its crazy hw he was put behind bars for something that barely happened and now it is stuck with him.

7. Domestic cases are often dropped because they are difficult to prove and the one witness is often afraid to testify. I can tell you that one person listed above took a class for a few months in order to have the charges dropped. That doesn’t mean that he didn’t repeatedly abuse his spouse.

9. I am Shawn Wallis and I am very proud of that mugshot back in 2013. My roommate "Justine Burke" revealed that she was HIV positive and my reaction was priceless. I attempted to leave and pack my bags, so she busted me in my face with a remote. When the cops arrived, they attempted to arrest her. If she has been arrested, she would have lost her job at Metropolitan MInistries, so I decided not to press charges. But....according to law, someone had to be arrested, so I let them take me. To this day, the charges were dropped the next day and I am very glad I moved on. Amazing experience!
